Unexpectedly, at the end of the month, temperatures dropped below 50 degrees F overnight! I didn't want to lose my cucumbers so I used a window box planter covered in remay to protect them. I wanted to cover as many warm-weather veggies as possible, so cantaloupe and lunchbox peppers got tucked in with remay for a couple nights as well.
